This time of year can be so crazy busy! To help keep my own sanity I’ve been coming up with lots of easy projects that foster independence and confidence in my kids. We’ve made some gorgeous paper ornaments, done some ornament decoding practice, built a simple Christmas Glow Salt Circuit, and today we are building a 3D Christmas Tree Card that kids will be so excited to gift to those they love.
CHRISTMAS TREE CARD SUPPLIES
For this project you will need:
Heavy Card Stock
Printer (that can print on card stock)
Scissors
Glue
Pencil Crayons (to colour it)
Marker or Pen (to say who it is for and from)

Assembling a STANDING CHRISTMAS CARD
Start by printing off one template for each student on to heavy card stock. The heavier the card stock the better it will stand.
Cut out the Christmas tree designs.
Colour the designs and make it personal by adding the name of the person they are gifting it to, and their name.
Glue the two sides of each tree panel together so it becomes double sided.
Cut along the dotted lines.
Make sure the designs line up and slot the two Tree panels into each other.
