Here are a few things you should know about using this site.
First off, I am Canadian. That means I use Canadian spellings and grammar rules. I hope we can still be friends despite my love of the letter ‘u’.
Second, all content on this site is copyright protected. This includes all images and articles. The images used on this site are either taken by me, created by me (or designers I have hired) or purchased through a stock photo site, or used with permission by their copyright holders (for example, other bloggers). You may not take any images from this site for your own use without written permission. If you are interested in purchasing reprint rights for an article please see my Hire Me page for more details. In the same vein, articles are not to be copied and reprinted. You are encouraged to link to this site if you wish to share the articles, but copying of any content is strictly prohibited.
Third, this site is written by me. A mom. Nothing more, nothing less. I am not a medical expert, business professional, or parenting expert. Any opinions are my own. All opinions and statements made here should be checked and verified by an expert before you make personal decisions for yourself or your family.
Fourth, a quick thing about comments on the blog. Due to the high level of spam, comments are now disabled on posts after a certain length of time. Comments are also moderated. This means it may take some time before your comment is posted publicly. If you have a question, please ensure you have read the post and all linked posts thoroughly. Chances are your question is answered in the post or a follow up post. If you still have a question, pop over to our Facebook page for the quickest response.
Finally, even though I am Canadian, I am including the following disclosure so you know how this site generates income. If you have chosen to use an adblocker, I totally get it, those ads can get annoying, but I would love for you to consider disabling it for my site if you enjoy the content. I don’t make much from this page, but what I do make from those ads and affiliate links goes back into making it better for you. Thanks for considering this.
Here is the legal stuff.
